Zirkzee pushing for Man Utd exit

Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee has agreed personal terms with Roma ahead of his potential exit during the winter transfer window.

The Netherlands international has been a fringe player for the Mancunian giants this campaign and he has made just three starts in the Premier League under manager Ruben Amorim.

He has grown frustrated with the lack of trust from the manager, and he is prepared to move on next month. Roma have already agreed on personal terms with the player and his agent.

They are now in direct negotiations with the Red Devils. The club are willing to pay £5 million with a conditional buy obligation at £30 million if they qualify for the Champions League at the end of the season.

Roma are presently fourth in Serie A with 30 points, one ahead of Juventus. They believe Zirkzee is the perfect player to lead the line and can help them secure a dream return to the elite European competition.
