How To Fix Dealers Not Selling In Schedule 1

Utilizing the dealers in Schedule 1 is a good way to get passive income while you’re busy experimenting with new products and building your empire. However, dealers are not always the most reliable when it comes to selling your product for you, which can get extremely frustrating.

You may notice that your dealer in Schedule 1 isn’t pushing your product and has the same amount of stock after a day or two in the game. Before you resort to violence to fix them, there are a couple of methods you should try that could get them actively dealing for you again.

Fixing A Dealer Not Selling

A Common Issue With A Simple Fix

As you start getting more dealers in the game, it can become increasingly frustrating when one or all of them stop working. But sometimes it isn’t the dealer’s fault for not working. First, make sure that you have given them enough products to push and that they are assigned to enough customers. Go over to where they’re located and speak with them. To give them more products, ask them to trade, then drag the product into their inventory. To ensure they are assigned customers, you need to open the Dealers app on your phone.

After giving them more products and assigning more customers you notice they still aren’t dealing, try giving them a variety of products with a variety of effects. Keep in mind the favorite effects of the NPCs you assigned to them and correlate the product you give the dealer to those effects. You should also make sure that you aren’t selling drugs to any of the customers you assigned to the dealer.

Explosive crystals are deadly and should be handled with caution in Schedule 1, but it can also be very lucrative if you play your cards right.

If a customer has already bought a product from you, they aren’t going to buy anything from your dealer. Swap products in and out to test which ones sell faster. Customers with a higher addiction will buy more frequently, so try catering to them. Alternatively, if they still aren’t dealing your product, pay them a visit and take everything from them. Wait until the next day, and you should receive a text from them telling you they’ve run out of product.

When all else fails and they still aren’t moving your product, you will have to resort to violence. Force them to respawn by killing them. It should be noted that if you attack them, they will immediately begin attacking you, so you should be quick to kill them. The next day, your dealer should have respawned. You will not lose any product they may be holding before you kill them. If it makes you feel better, take any product from them before you attack, just in case.

Assuming none of the previous methods worked to get your dealer to do their job, your final option is to restart the game or clear your cache in Steam. To clear the cache, click on Steam in the upper left corner, head to the settings, then the downloads. Keep scrolling until you see “Clear Cache” then click on it. If clearing the cache doesn’t help, rebooting can fix many bugs as it resets everything.

You could also verify your files in Steam as an extra measure to resolve any technical issues you may be experiencing. These are the steps:

  • Close the game
  • Right-click on Schedule 1 in Steam
  • Choose Properties
  • Select the Installed Files
  • Click “Verify integrity of game files”
  • Wait for it to process and restart

Best Way To Set Up Dealers

Optimize Your Dealer Income

Assigning customers to Benji in the Dealers App in Schedule 1.

It is recommended to assign the dealer customers that are within their own region. Figure out the locations of the NPCs and assign them accordingly between your dealers. You will notice a few different sections, including the dealer’s name, cash, their cut, and inventory. Down below, you will see assigned customers. Click on “Assign Customer” to add more customers to their list if they don’t have many already there.

Schedule 1 Reputation Guide (How To Increase Reputation)

The reputation you have with customers, dealers, and suppliers is important in Schedule 1, as you gain more profit from people you are friendly with.

Keep note of the favorite effects for the customers you assign, then only give your dealer a product with those effects. Sometimes customers may say no to buying drugs if they aren’t what they’re looking for. This will be one reason you’re getting little to no profit from the dealer.

  • Ensure they have plenty of product to last them a few days.
  • Assign them to customers in their region.
  • Give them products with the favorite effects of the customers you assigned to them.

As mentioned before, do not sell to the same customers you set up with the dealer to avoid confusion and maximize the money made. Currently, there are six dealers you can utilize once they’re all unlocked. Each one will take a 20% cut of the money they make from selling your product and the buy-in price for each dealer increases with each new area unlocked in Schedule 1.
