The Fallout franchise exists in a pretty unique space right now, in that it’s just about as popular as it has ever been, and yet we haven’t had a game release in the series since Fallout 76 in 2018. The Prime Video adaptation is a big part of that recent hype, and it does a brilliant job expanding on the existing lore, while delivering exciting new stories at the same time.
Though nothing will ever replace the arrival of a new game in the single-player series, all of this new hype around the IP may, at the very least, see us get another release sooner than we otherwise would have done. While we wait for that, there are plenty of officially licensed arrivals on the way that could scratch the itch in the meantime.
Over on the official website for Dark Horse Direct, you should be able to find the listing for the Mr. Handy “Snip-Snip” Statue, which is currently available for pre-order. The 14.25″ polyresin statue is a very limited release, with just 500 copies being released worldwide, once shipping starts between August—October of this year.
The statue takes the form of the specific Mr Handy seen in Prime Video’s Fallout, who operates on poor travelers to remove their organs for sale. In sharing what the product will be like for those who do choose to buy it, the manufacturer shared the following breakdown:
“Dark Horse Direct and Amazon MGM Studios are excited to announce the exclusive premium Fallout: Mr. Handy “Snip-Snip” Statue. Snip-Snip is a Mr. Handy robot who resides in the Super Duper Mart who has been repurposed to harvest organs with a chipper attitude. In this highly detailed statue by Substance Model Works, Snip-Snip’s eyes and TV light up, and includes 7 authentic Snip-Snip voice lines. You’ll be immersed in the world of Fallout when you push the VHS tape on the VCR to control the T.V. and lights!”
As mentioned earlier, the pre-order is available now, though you will have part with a reasonable sum to secure it. The statue clocks in at $499.99 in the United States, with direct adjustments made for currencies in other regions.
The only real hope we have for a new game over the next year or two is by looking at the older releases in the series. A Fallout 3 remake has been rumored for a long time, and it could still materialize, though it may well have been outsourced to another studio to get the job done.

Fallout is a post-apocalyptic RPG franchise set in an alternate future where a nuclear war devastates the world. Players explore vast, open worlds filled with mutants, raiders, and advanced technology. The series emphasizes player choice, allowing various approaches to combat, dialogue, and decision-making. Each game follows different protagonists navigating the wasteland to uncover secrets, form alliances, and rebuild civilization amidst the ruins of the old world. The franchise is known for its rich lore, dark humor, and retro-futuristic aesthetic, which has transferred over into its new series on Amazon Prime.
