Pedro fit for Chelsea

Chelsea have been handed a timely injury boost on striker Joao Pedro ahead of the Premier League clash against Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge tomorrow.

The Brazil international has been a key player for the west London giants, and he has already bagged three goals and three assists in six appearances this campaign.

Pedro was absent for the 3-0 loss to Brentford before the international break with a knee problem, but he has fully recovered before the season restart.

His availability was confirmed by manager Xabi Alonso in his pre-match presser, and he looks poised to lead the line for the Blues against the Cherries.

Pedro has had a decent record against the South Coast outfit over the years. He has registered two goals and one assist in six league appearances against them.

Chelsea have picked up just seven points from five matches into the league campaign and face a huge period ahead in order to climb up the table from 10th.
