Former X-Men star, Nicholas Hoult, reacts to Kelsey Grammer’s Beast return in Avengers: Doomsday and if he will reprise his version of the Marvel hero.

In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, Hoult opened up about Grammer reprising the role of Beast in Avengers: Doomsday. While Hoult said “No,” when asked if he would play his version of Beast in the Phase 6 film, the British star said the following about Grammer’s return:

Kelsey was a great Beast. He was the Beast I saw when I was a kid, along with the other actors that they’re bringing back, Patrick and Ian and James and all them. Those were the characters that I got to watch in X-Men movies,” Hoult continues. “I’m excited to see what they do with it. It’ll be fun to see how they incorporate those characters into that world.
