Manchester United are reportedly planning a summer move for AC Milan centre-back Strahinja Pavlovic.

The Red Devils presently have Harry Maguire, Leny Yoro, Lisandro Martinez, Ayden Heaven and Matthijs de Ligt as their centre-backs.

Among them, De Ligt and Martinez have missed vast parts of the current campaign, but they continue to remain valuable members of the squad.

De Ligt has not featured for the club since November, but the Dutchman is expected to make his comeback in time for the 2026/27 campaign.

Despite this, United have been linked with a move for Pavlovic and it is claimed that he could be prised away for around £43 million.

The Serbian has been brilliant for the Rossoneri in Serie A. He has a passing accuracy of 91 percent, winning almost 70 percent duels.

He is a left-footed centre-back with a strong physical and aerial presence, but it would be a surprise if United make an approach for him.

Barring a high-profile exit, the club may not land his signature.
