Youri Tielemans is increasingly likely to continue his career at Aston Villa under manager Unai Emery, according to Football Insider.
Journalist Pete O’Rourke said: “Villa will be hoping that they can raise money from to allow them to keep hold of Tielemans.
“He’s a key man for Unai Emery, he’s been instrumental in their road to the Europa League final and their push to finish in the top four in the Premier League.
“Emery won’t want to consider losing such a key player, and it seems the Belgian is happy at Villa Park as well especially if there’s Champions League football on offer.
“Now that’s been confirmed after the win against Liverpool, it will really boost their chances of keeping hold of the player as well.
“He was a big miss for Villa in that midfield and since he’s come back you can tell how things have improved since his return to fitness.”
