Tottenham Hotspur are in talks over signing Ademola Lookman from Atalanta on the final day of the summer transfer window, according to TBR.

The North London outfit are keen on bringing in a new left-winger to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and have identified Lookman as a top target.

According to TBR, Lookman himself is keen on a move to Tottenham and is ready to fly to London and complete a deal to sign for last season’s Europa League winners. The forward has offered himself to Tottenham, although Bayern Munich are also an option for the 27-year-old Nigeria internatioal forward.

Journalist Graeme Bailey told TBR: “Lookman has emerged as an option for Tottenham, not dissimilar to their Xavi Simons deal. They were in the right place at the right time.

“I am told Lookman is keen, Tottenham are keen, and this has a chance ahead of Monday’s 7 pm deadline.”
