Noticing textures in your kitchen. There are beautiful things everywhere if you pause to look.

These snapshots of my children when they were little. Oh my gosh, I’ve loved them so much at every age.

The idea of a library hang. “Wanted to have some girl time with a pal but didn’t want to spend money,” wrote Brittany Viklund. “So, I made us lattes and we ventured to the library…we sat on the ground paging through [books] while we chatted. It was so lovely.”

And, not to be morbid, but I’ve been thinking a lot about death lately, mostly as I’m falling asleep — do you, too? A post for another day? — and oh wow these two poems. My heart.
