Pokémon’s Leaked 2026 LEGO Set Isn’t Remotely What You Expected

Pokémon may be in for a major 2026, with rumors of Gen 10 games swirling and a fairly big 30th Anniversary likely giving celebratory TCG sets and even some possible spin-offs or new remakes. One thing is for sure, though — new LEGO sets for Pokémon are arriving next year. And while none of the sets have been shown off officially, a new leak has fans scratching their heads.

As posted over on Reddit, the new leak has already left several fans confused. “What a strange sounding set,” said one user. Others echoed their distaste for the leaked set, which has yet to be officially confirmed. “I don’t want it anymore,” said one poster. “I was so SO excited for pokemon lego sets and now I couldn’t be more disappointed,” echoed another.

Pokémon Fans Can Build… Pikachu’s House, For Some Reason

According to the leak, one of the 2026 sets will “a Smart Play Pikachu’s House set with a Smart Brick.” That’s right: It’s a Pikachu-shaped house that will include the Pikachu Smart Brick. For fans expecting some major set with thousands of pieces, this doesn’t exactly sound like that. In fact, it sounds a lot more like the Minecraft sets that include buildings like The Pig House.

And while fans may be disappointed or confused, a Pikachu House could be a nice callback to the Mystery Dungeon games, which included a building that looked like Pikachu’s head. It was admittedly pretty cute, and may keep with a Pokémon theme of not including human characters in any of the LEGO sets. One user, TheWRLD, even pointed this out in the thread.

How Much is The New Pokémon LEGO Set?

Of course, the rumored prices of the Pokémon LEGO sets have also been another point of contention, with leaked prices going up to $649.99 and starting at $59.99. The Pikachu House leak puts this set at $69.99, which would place it on the lower end of the rumored prices we know about. The release window given is Summer 2026.

As with the set itself, none of the leaked prices have been officially confirmed. As with any leaks, it’s best to take these with a grain of salt. And while the Pikachu House may sound like an odd choice, it could be a pretty nice callback to the Mystery Dungeon games. We’ll have to wait a bit longer for LEGO to officially unveil the new Pokémon sets, but hopefully the big reveals will come soon.
