I just made pancakes with this monk fruit with about half a scoop that they provide, and they turned out delicious with a pleasant sweetness. My picky three-year-old daughter loves the pancakes too!

I didn’t know that stevia could cause stomach upset in some people as it did for me so I was looking for an alternative. I decided to try monk fruit and it’s been great! I can tell the bag will last me a long time! It was a little messy scooping the powder out of the bag so I transferred it to a tin container which has made it a lot easier. So glad I found this!
