I am 70 years young and have severe polyneuropathy in both my feet/toes. I am using these “mules” as my house slippers. They are the very best slippers I have ever worn!! I got the size 7.5W, which is my normal size. I have very wide feet, and they fit perfect. The arch support, along with the metatarsal bump, fit under my feet in the correct position. They are a sturdy slipper, so that my feet do not roll over to the side, another important factor for persons with neuropathy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! PS: You can also use the insoles in any other shoes you may have!
