Much like previous entries in FromSoftware’s award-winning portfolio, Elden Ring is known for its challenging combat delivered to us by some of the most iconic bosses of all time. Whilst we can all agree to disagree on who the best boss in Elden Ring may be, there is no denying that Malenia, Blade of Miquella, offers one of the most challenging fights, but makes up for it by being one of the coolest boss designs in FromSoftware history.
However, what many Elden Ring fans tend to forget, is that Malenia is an optional boss, meaning that she does not need to be defeated in order to beat the game. Residing in the Haligree Tree and awaiting the return of her brother, players encounter the Goddess of Rot when exploring the tree created by Miquella, and upon defeating her, they will be rewarded with Malenia’s Great Rune and the Remembrance of the Rot Goddess.
That being said, getting your hands on her drops is no easy task, and Malenia offers one of the toughest fights in Elden Ring due to her sheer speed and agility, and her devastating attack, known as Waterfowl Dance. Consisting of two unique phases, completing both will finally see you victorious and Malenia defeated for the first time in her life.
Not only that, but Malenia is widely regarded as one of the best-looking bosses when it comes to sheer aesthetic. Known for her red hair, gold helmet and matching prosthetic arm and legs, the Demigod is instantly recognizable, and this brand-new release has immortalized her sheer majesty perfectly.
Courtesy of the website Bucket and Shovel yet created by Spirit Cat Studio, a brand-new Malenia figure can now be pre-ordered. Titled ‘Spirit Cat Studio Elden Ring Malenia Resin Statue’, it depicts Malenia in all her glory, complete with helmet, flowing red cape and sword. Estimated to begin shipping in Q4 of 2026, the Elden Ring statue will set customers back $167.97, and as an avid figure collector, I will say that this is a decent price for the supposed quality of the Malenia statue.
Made using PU and Resin and consisting of the character, base, and two heads to switch between, the Melania statue has the following dimensions: W70cm, H60cm, and D39cm, making it quite an impressive figure to add to your collection. As mentioned, pre-orders for the Spirit Cat Studio Elden Ring Malenia Resin Statue are now open, with customers being able to choose between deposits or full payments.
So, if you are a fan of Malenia and want to relive the pain of beating her once again, make sure to check out this epic new statue showcasing Elden Ring‘s Goddess of Rot in all her glory.
