Chop the strawberries into small pieces. Place them in a bowl with a little sugar or honey to sweeten to taste. .

Melt the chocolate on the stove or in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time. For the stove, place the chocolate in a heat-safe bowl on top of the saucepan with 2 inches of boiling water. Stir in a little coconut or vegetable oil if needed to smooth.

Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper. Spoon the chocolate over the paper in heart shapes or circles. Freeze for at least 15 minutes until hardened. Use them as “chips” to dip teh strawberries and enjoy!
