Jordan Peele‘s production company fuels rumors that the Get Out filmmaker could direct a Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie, which would perhaps be Blade. Having been stuck in development hell for some time now, the MCU’s Blade will supposedly star Mahershala Ali as Blade and Mia Goth as Lilith.
Today (December 30), Monkeypaw Productions responded to people’s latest comments by saying on X: “When the internet thinks you’re making a Blade reboot because you said 👀.” This alludes to the company’s post from yesterday, which simply responded with this emoji to a report that Marvel was looking to have Peele direct an MCU movie.
