The release window for Grand Theft Auto 6‘s online component has been a total mystery up until this point, but an apparent expert has just offered a major update on the subject. Previously, all that was known was that the online aspect wouldn’t be launching at the same time as the single-player campaign, which is set to arrive on November 19, 2026.
In a new report from Bloomberg, Twitch CEO Dan Clancy claims that GTA 6 multiplayer will launch “next year.” Clancy notes that Twitch has “spent a lot of time talking with Rockstar about their plans,” suggesting that this information comes directly from a reliable source.
