Everton v Manchester City: Commentary, updates, goals and stats

Manchester City make their first trip to the Hill Dickinson Stadium tonight knowing they have little margin for error in the title race.

City have won their last six games in all competitions and last week secured a place in the FA Cup final with a late comeback against Southampton at Wembley.

They remain on course for a domestic treble but will have to see off an Everton side with ambitions of their own.

The Merseysiders are one of many clubs in the race to secure a European spot for next season although their hopes were hit by last weekend’s defeat at relegation-threatened West Ham.
