Diablo IV is in a great spot right now as a live service game, with the release of the Lord of Hatred expansion back at the end of April really giving the content the shot in the arm that it needed for 2026. If you played at launch and dropped it, or are yet to give it a go, it’s a brilliant time to return, even if you will be facing hordes of demons if you decide to do so.

The Paladin and the Warlock were also introduced into the game as part of the expansion, and both are pretty good to play, so if you couldn’t previously find a class to gel with your playstyle, one of the new options may work. Happily, there are even some free downloads available right now as well, one of which you can add to your profile in Diablo IV.

As first reported by True Achievements, Xbox is currently running a collaboration with Fanta that gifts players in-game items, cosmetics, and bonuses for first-party games. Chief among that list is Diablo IV, and you can get the Citron Whirl Town Portal skin from qualifying products. The full list of potential rewards is as follows:

• Halo: Campaign Evolved — The Master Chief’s Fantastic Spartan Armor [Redeemable beginning at launch]
• World of Warcraft — Fantastical Goblin Waveshredder Mount and more WoW rewards
• Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 — Tactical Orange Calling Card and 1-Hour 2XP Level Token
• Diablo IV — Citron Whirl Town Portal
• Forza Horizon 6–1966 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition

To get involved, all you need to do is scan the QR code on the specially branded Fanta packaging. From there, you’ll be given the chance to jump into one of three Fanta Rewards Chest challenges: Extract the Cargo, Survive the Sweep, and Shatter the Spell. Complete that, and you’ll be entered into a draw for an ROG Xbox Ally, an Xbox Series S, an Xbox Wireless Controller, and one month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, as well as automatically getting the associated item from the list above.

The only caveat is that it’s all coming to a close in 72 hours, so if you haven’t managed to grab the one you really want, you’ll need to get moving.

Diablo IV is also included as part of ongoing Game Pass subscriptions for both the normal console and PC, meaning you might not even have to spend any more of your hard earned cash if you do wish to play.
