“I’ve tried a lot of pillows over the years, and this is one of the few that actually made a noticeable difference. The contour memory foam gives great support for the neck and shoulders, especially for side sleeping. It keeps my head aligned properly instead of sinking too deep or feeling too stiff.
The cooling feature is also a big plus. I tend to sleep warm, and this pillow stays comfortable throughout the night without constantly flipping it over looking for the “cold side.” The foam feels supportive but still soft enough to relax into.
