Chelsea are prepared to sanction his sale at the right price, and it is claimed that Neto would jump at the chance to join the Reds this summer.
Neto was previously on Liverpool‘s radar during his time at Wolverhampton Wanderers, and it remains to be seen whether they return for him.
Liverpool are still searching for a marquee right winger this summer. They were previously keen on RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande.
Diomande has prioritised Paris Saint-Germain instead, meaning the Reds need to look for alternatives to bolster the position.
Neto has a good track record from the right wing in the Premier League, and he could be prised away for around £50 million.
