Chelsea reject Como bid for Chalobah

Chelsea have snubbed an offer worth £26 million from Como for defender Trevoh Chalobah, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.

The England international has decided to move on from the Blues after their decision to land Crystal Palace centre-back Maxence Lacroix.

A move to Serie A is his preferred choice. Como are leading the race ahead of Inter Milan, but have yet to convince the Blues to sell Chalobah.

Cesc Fabregas‘ side have offered around £26m on the table for the Blues graduate, but the London giants are eyeing a much higher fee.

With the recent inflation in the transfer market, Chelsea are holding out for at least £30m to part ways with Chalobah during the transfer window.

Chalobah continues to insist on joining Como over any other club, and he is quietly confident that an agreement will be struck pretty soon.

Alongside him, centre-back Axel Disasi could depart the Blues too. AC Milan and Juventus are weighing up bids for the Frenchman.
