Gyokeres continues fine scoring form

Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres continued his fine run of form on Nations League duty with Sweden.

The 28-year-old has been starved of regular playing time with the Gunners this term, and he has only started outside of the Premier League.

Despite this, Gyokeres remains a mainstay for the national side upfront, and he continued his fine form by scoring for a fourth straight game.

Gyokeres found the back of the net from a rebound against Romania. It was sufficient to hand Sweden their third win of the Nations League group stage.

Kai Havertz sustained a hamstring injury on international duty with Germany recently, and he is a huge doubt to face Leeds United on Saturday afternoon.

Gyokeres looks to be in fabulous touch and deserves to make his first league start of the season for the Gunners if Havertz does not recover in time.

Manager Mikel Arteta has a personal preference for Havertz upfront, but we would personally start Gyokeres due to his rich vein of form in recent weeks.
