MY SIX FAVORITE PAIRS OF WHITE DENIM FOR SPRING

In my experience it can be HARD to shop for the perfect pair of white denim. I can’t stand when the fabric is too sheer, has too much or too little stretch, or simply isn’t that perfect shade of white. Jeans are a tricky category – they already need to be *perfect* for you to love them. Now throw in the variable of white and it gets even more difficult. Not to worry! Today I am breaking down my six favorite pairs of white denim for spring (well I cheated one is tan)! PS I wore these yesterday.

THE SLIM WIDE

These are the white jeans that I wear most often. I love them for the following reasons: they have a high waist, show a bit of ankle, and offer the perfect amount of stretch. Bonus points for being such a great shade of white and being thick enough, so zero sheerness! Shop them here.

THE COOL FIT

I love this fit as it feels super fresh for spring. I initially ordered them without knowing if they would be for me, but I am loving them with a boxy tee or a fitted tank. They are listed as a barrel but personally I feel that they are more of a relaxed fit. FYI, one of the only pairs on this list that I have been styling with a belt! Shop them here.

A TAN OPTION

I cheated. I know! While these are not white, I wanted to provide an ecru or tan option for those of you who don’t love white denim. The Lexi is one of my all-time favorite denim fits. It features a relaxed fit with a slight crop, and no stretch. 10/10, no notes. Shop it here.

PATCH POCKET DENIM

With a high rise fit block that is more like a traditional trouser, these jeans can so easily dressed up or down. These have 1% stretch and feel slightly more rigid, which feels perfect for styling. Shop them here.

THE STRAIGHT CROP

Many people think of Veronica Beard for their incredible blazers, but do not sleep on their denim offerings! These are a perfect example. A great shade of white, mid rise, and just enough room in the leg. Shop them here.

A SLIGHT BARREL

While I do approve of barrel jeans, my preference is for just a *slight* barrel. These fit the bill! With slant pockets and a raw hem they take the spot of ‘most casual’ of the bunch. Perfect with a retro sneaker and striped sweater or a loafer and cable sweater. Shop them here.
