AC Milan have made Joao Felix transfer decision

Milan won’t sign Felix permanently

AC Milan have already made their transfer decision on Chelsea loanee Joao Felix, according to Caught Offside.

The Rossoneri signed the Portuguese from the Blues on loan in January. He was recruited for a hefty £5 million fee.

Felix made a perfect start with a goal against Roma, but he has failed to score in his next nine appearances with just one assist.

Milan have now decided against securing a permanent deal for Felix and he will return to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Felix is likely to be offloaded during the next transfer window as he does not feature in manager Enzo Maresca‘s plans.

The 25-year-old was linked with a reunion with Benfica last winter, and the Portuguese outfit could return for his services.

Felix could also be tempted to return to the Lisbon giants where he would have the guarantee of regular playing time.

Benfica are most likely to propose a season-long loan with an affordable buy clause.
