Star Teases Premiere Month & Quality

Catalina Sandino Moreno provides a massive update on when From season 4 will be released. She plays Tabitha Matthews, one of the many characters who are trapped in the Township plagued by nocturnal monsters in the MGM+ horror series.

In a conversation with The Direct, Moreno says that she thinks the new season will premiere in March or April, although she has not been told exactly when it will be released. She also teases how this season will be one of the show’s best yet. Check out her comments below:

I don’t know exactly. I think it’s coming out March, [maybe] April. But it’s coming out. It’s a great season. You’re gonna love it. I enjoyed so much working on that show. It’s fun. Again, it’s fun to watch.

I describe that show as… you open up Pringles, and you take one, and then you keep just popping [them] in your mouth, because it’s addictive to watch. It’s easy to… It’s like eating a [can of] Pringles. You know, it’s just 1, 2, 3, just eat it, because it’s easy, it’s fun, it’s entertaining. It’s a good show, and this season is gonna be great.

Filming for From season 4 wrapped in November 2025, and it has been confirmed by MGM+ that the series will return alongside The Institute season 2 in 2026. Now, Moreno’s comments indicate that From will be back in the first half of this year and before The Institute‘s sophomore season.

From season 3 ended on November 24, 2024, so fans have been left waiting more than a year to see what happens next. Wrapping production in November 2025 and releasing in March or April 2026 is still a relatively short post-production period and quick turnaround, though, especially given the increasingly long hiatus between seasons of many popular streaming shows.

After a quiet debut in 2022, the series has gradually become more popular and received extensive recognition, including from legendary author Stephen King. The overall Rotten Tomatoes critics’ score is 96% and the audience score is 80%. Season 3 reached new heights of critical acclaim with a 100% Tomatometer score.

From‘s cast of characters beyond Moreno as Tabitha includes Harold Perrineau as Sheriff Boyd Stevens, David Alpay as Jade Herrera, Elizabeth Saunders as Donna Raines, Avery Konrad as Sara Myers, Chloe Van Landschoot as Kristi Miller, Ricky He as Kenny Liu, Eion Bailey as Jim Matthews, Hannah Cheramy as Julie Matthews, Simon Webster as Ethan Matthews, and Scott McCord as Victor Kavanaugh.

Season 3 concludes with one of these characters dying, shocking revelations that recontextualize the entire series, and a sinister new character known as the Man in Yellow (Douglas E. Hughes) being introduced. These are among the many storylines that viewers expect to be addressed when the show returns.

Numerous mysteries were finally solved in From season 3, but there are still plenty of questions left unanswered. With season 4 potentially only two or three months away now, fans are closer than ever to discovering more answers as the characters continue fighting for survival and a way to escape the Township.
