Disney Lorcana: Winterspell – Release Date, Prerelease, Card Previews, & Product Line-Up

The next set arriving in Disney Lorcana is called Winterspell. It’s the first set of 2026 for Ravensburger’s popular TCG, and as we approach the release date, a lot of details have been shared on the official Lorcana site. So, if you’re looking forward to the next set (and you should be), here’s everything to know.

Winterspell, as its name implies, is focused on snowy scenes and holiday spirit. Glimmers from Mickey’s Christmas Carol will join Disney Lorcana, including Scrooge and all three of the Spirits. But there are also winter-themed glimmers of popular characters like Stitch, Angel, Darkwing Duck, and Launchpad.

The prerelease for Winterspell begins on Friday, February 13, 2026, where you can visit your local game store to check out the latest Disney Lorcana cards (just, you know, check ahead for availability first). For the full global release, you’ll have to wait slightly longer. Winterspell launches everywhere on February 20, 2026, the following week.

  • Launchpad, Trusty Sidekick
  • Pete, Ghost of Christmas Future
  • Scrooge McDuck, Miserly Ebenezer

Product Line-Up For Winterspell

Disney Lorcana Illumineer's Trove of Winterspell on black background

Right now, a number of products have already been confirmed for Winterspell. Booster packs, of course, will be available at launch and include 12 cards per pack. A Booster Box with the display packaging is also available. Assuming it’s like previous Booster Boxes, it’ll include 24 booster packs. An Illumineer’s Trove has also been confirmed already, featuring Stitch and Angel on the cover art.

If it’s like past Illumineer’s Troves, the one for Winterspell should include card sleeves, damage-counter dice, tokens, and 8 booster packs. However, at the time of this writing, the contents have not been officially confirmed, but we expect to see confirmation in the coming weeks.

If you’re looking to get your hands on Winterspell cards, then mark your calendars for February 13 and check with your local game store. Otherwise, you’ll need to wait until February 20. From what’s been shown of the new set already, Winterspell looks like a great, holiday-themed addition to Disney Lorcana.
