Arsenal want Yildiz

Arsenal are ready to go head-to-head with Real Madrid in the race to sign Juventus playmaker Kenan Yildiz at the end of the campaign, according to Fichajes.

The Turkey international has been a key player for the Bianconeri and he has already registered five goals and five assists from 18 appearances this campaign.

Yildiz has primarily played as an attacking midfielder in a 3-4-2-1 formation for the Turin giants this season, but he is predominantly a left-sided winger by trade.

The Gunners are keen on bolstering the left wing department next summer and could make an approach for Yildiz, who has turned down Juventus’ latest contract offer.

Yildiz still has four years remaining on his contract, but he could push for an exit through his representative, given he is one of the lowest-paid players in the squad.

Juventus could be willing to sanction his departure for around 75 million euros when the season ends. Arsenal are set to face competition from Madrid for his services.
