Last year’s Conference League winners are old hands now at Thursday night football and were far too strong for their Polish opposition.

Lech may have qualified for major European competition in back-to-back seasons for the first time since 1982-83 to 1985-86 but looked well short at Selhurst Park.

World Cup winner Yeremy Pino took just 10 minutes to open the scoring, latching on to a poor throw in and running clear to score.
