Walmart clearance is looking pretty amazing right now!
Hip sidekick, Melinda, scored a whopping 29 clothing items for just $29 – that’s just $1 per item! Even better, many of her finds were complete kids outfits featuring a shirt and shorts.
I got 29 items at Walmart for $29, and it’s tax-free week in CT this week. Lots of these items are sets of shorts and shirts for $1. They are character sets and I’m donating these all for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes! – Melinda
If you’re heading to Walmart, be sure to check the clothing racks and scan anything that looks like it may be marked down (the shelf tag may not always reflect the lowest price!).
In Melinda’s store, the $1 clearance items were displayed in the middle of the aisle and clearly marked but if your store doesn’t have an obvious display, check the clearance racks and scan items with the Walmart app. The app may reveal a lower price than the clearance sticker (even as low as $1!) so scan, scan, scan!
As always, Walmart clearance prices and availability can vary widely by store, so your mileage may vary. But with entire outfits reportedly ringing up around $1, this is definitely a clearance hunt worth making!
HIP TIP: Check less-visible clearance racks, scan different sizes and character designs, and look for matching shirt-and-shorts sets.
