Chalobah set to leave Chelsea

Chelsea are poised to part ways with defender Trevoh Chalobah for £26 million this summer, according to The Telegraph.

The Blues recently secured the signature of Crystal Palace centre-back Maxence Lacroix and are now expected to part ways with Chalobah.

Como have been locked in negotiations for the Englishman in recent weeks and are reportedly close to finding an agreement for him.

Their most recent offer of £24m has been turned down, but reports claim that they are set to make an approved £26m bid, which will be accepted.

Chalobah has already agreed on personal terms with Como, and he is said to be excited to play Champions League football with the Serie A outfit.

Aside from Chalobah, there could be at least one centre-back heading out of the Blues. Axel Disasi has been tipped to do so for several weeks.

The Frenchman is on the radar of multiple Serie A clubs and looks poised to leave the west London giants for good in the coming days.
