Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal have agreed a £68.3 million deal with West Ham to sign winger Crysencio Summerville.

The 24-year-old Netherlands international has been offered a long-term contract and has been given permission to undergo a medical ahead of completing the move.

West Ham had previously rejected an offer worth around £40 million for Summerville, who also attracted interest from Aston Villa, but the Riyadh-based club have now reached an agreement with the Championship side.

The transfer represents another significant financial boost for West Ham following their relegation from the Premier League in May.

The Hammers sold midfielder Mateus Fernandes to Tottenham for £85 million last month, while captain Jarrod Bowen has committed his future to the club by signing a revised contract despite their drop into the second tier.

With the club looking to reduce its wage bill and generate funds following relegation, Summerville’s departure continues a summer of major player sales.

West Ham have retained manager Nuno Espirito Santo as they prepare for the 2026-27 Championship campaign, with promotion back to the Premier League their primary objective.
