A 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? has revealed that she is struggling with “high-functioning” depression.

Jasmine Pineda has been living with several health issues and now, has also shared her struggles with depression.

Jasmine recently shared a picture of her lying down in a soiled t-shirt and no make-up with the quote “You can’t see people’s mental health. Please be kind always.” Jasmine revealed that her depression is always “high-functioning.” She smiles, she works, and she shows up. “But not today,” Jasmine added.

“Today I disappeared.”

Jasmine shared that she tends to isolate herself when it gets too loud in her head. She doesn’t reply to texts. She also ignores calls and completely vanishes. She explained that it is not “personal” but she does it for “survival.” Jasmine concluded her caption with, “If you do this too, I see you” and the hashtags, “#itsokaynottobeokay #mentalhealthawareness #endthestigma #healingisnotlinear #invisablebattles.”
