Through August 2nd, Michaels has increased their teacher discount to 20% off! Note that this discount is valid both in-store and online, and some exclusions apply. 

Shipping is free on orders of $49+, or opt for free store pickup where available.

To qualify for Michael’s teacher discount, you must be currently employed as a teacher, staff, or faculty member at Pre-K through post grad schools within the United States, or a teacher who works at daycare centers, early childhood learning centers, or home schools. Instructors and teachers in After School Programs, Boys & Girls Clubs, and more also qualify.

Ready to start saving?

Simply log in to your Michaels Rewards account, or create one. Then, verify your teaching status by providing your school information. This should happen fairly quickly but can take up to 20 minutes.

When shopping online, be sure you are signed into your account and the discount will automatically apply at checkout. When shopping in-store, you can provide your Michaels Rewards phone number at checkout for the discount. If you don’t have a Rewards account set up yet, show your educator ID to the clerk and they will apply your discount.
