Tottenham Hotspur are strongly interested in signing Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho during the summer transfer window, according to Givemesport.
The north London giants are planning for a big summer and they are keen on bolstering their attack further after the acquisition of Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United.
Garnacho was a target for the club at the start of the year, but the Red Devils graduate was not convinced. However, the tables have turned over the past couple of months.
Garnacho is no longer wanted by the Red Devils, but he is keen on staying in the Premier League, preferably with a club playing in the Champions League next season.
Chelsea are no longer in the race as they are pushing to land Xavi Simons. This could open the door for Spurs to swoop for Garnacho, who could leave on the cheap soon.
The Argentine was valued at more than 70 million pounds at the beginning of the year, but United are now prepared to sell him for £40 million pounds.
