Big Brother 27’s first live eviction was one for the ages, as the self-proclaimed Queen of BB took out her first target with precision. Throughout Big Brother 27’s first days, the houseguests have been adjusting to the presence of BB royalty. Rachel Reilly, winner of Big Brother 13 and BB 12 houseguest, has been showing a pack of newbies the ropes.

While Rachel shared that her strategy of the season was to train the Big Brother 27 cast to make potentially bad game moves and blow up their own spot, it was clear that she wasn’t going to be subtle in her own approach. After all, Rachel’s entire game is based around the fact that she’s one of the most dramatic houseguests of all time.

This week, despite having safety because she wasn’t around to play in the HOH competition, Rachel made it clear that she wasn’t going to come into the game softly. The nominees for eviction, Isaiah “Zae” Frederich, Kelley Jorgensen, and Amy Bingham, were merely pawns in her game as she worked to get Zae out of the BB house for good.

He Didn’t Realize What He Was In For

In the hours leading up to Big Brother 27’s first live eviction, Rachel and Zae got into a massive argument after he indirectly said he was going to target her. After Keanu Soto got in the middle of things between Rachel and Zae, it got ugly as Rachel didn’t take to them talking about her kindly. Zae, unsuccessfully, tried to argue with Rachel.

While Zae and Rachel’s fight wasn’t long, it was reminiscent of that arguments Rachel would get into on previous seasons of Big Brother. This time, however, kicked off with Rachel’s iconic line, “I’d be careful coming for the queen, you will get beheaded,” and continued through the kitchen with continuous vitriol. Rachel, who was more subdued than ever, wanted Zae gone.

Throughout the week prior to the fight, Rachel had been doing her best to get Zae out of the house, especially considering her closest ally is Amy. While many were on board, the shifting dynamics of the house left things up in the air until the eleventh hour. Even in the minutes before the eviction, no one was certain of the outcome.

She Accomplished Her Goals

Although things were up in the air, Rachel saw Zae get evicted from the Big Brother house in dramatic fashion. After Zae, Kelley, and Amy competed in the BB Blockbuster competition and saw Kelley victorious, it was down to Zae and Amy for the live eviction. Amy, who gave an eviction speech that didn’t necessarily help her game, had enough allies on her side.

While the fallout of Rachel and Zae’s fight seemed like a loss for Rachel initially, it turned into something Zae couldn’t outrun. With so many houseguests looking to keep Rachel in the game because of her high threat level, Zae’s charge to see her leave the house turned many off from actually voting him out. Now, Rachel’s onto her next Big Brother conquest.
