The Power Rangers franchise is officially revealing “the final Ranger.” Publisher Boom! Studios announced a wave of new Rangers comics for spring 2026, and among them is Power Rangers Green. It’s a new story starring a familiar face, which sounds like the iconic franchise’s take on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ smash-hit Last Ronin series.

Details about Power Rangers Green are still scarce, but the series will reportedly focus on fan-favorite protagonist Tommy Oliver, in a dark future where he is the last living Ranger on Earth.

BOOM! is introducing three Power Rangers series: MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS (reboot, monthly series) POWER RANGERS UNLIMITED (ongoing series, 30 years of PR stories) POWER RANGERS GREEN (Tommy Oliver story with him as the Last Ranger)
