The Art of Flora Will Be Available to Download Early Next Year

Each puzzle is made from stunning wildlife illustrations from the 18th and 19th century by artists like John James Audubon and John Gould. Along with the picture, there is a detailed description about the animal.

There are two ways to put together each puzzle, the image or text for even a bigger challenge.

And developer Klemens Strasser has just announced the follow-up arriving on March 19, 2026—The Art of Flora.

The new game is based on the original but with a botanical twist. There are more than 110 new puzzles from five different regions including the Mediterranean, Western European forests, and Madagascar.

You can also view biographical profiles of the artists including Marianne North and Pierre-Joseph Redouté while viewing insights into the regions and countries of origins of each of the plants.

For younger puzzle fans, a kids mode will make solving each one easier. The same feature will soon be coming to the original game.

You can pre-order The Art of Flora now directly on the App Store. It will arrive on your device once available. It’s for both the iPhone and iPad.
