The headphones allow me to work and talk all day long. I like the hands-free benefit when doing my job. It is so annoying to have to hold onto a phone while trying to operate a lathe and a computer. I can talk to my wife nonstop without missing a beat during my job. In addition, I can put my earplugs in and it actually isolates the sound from my Shokz headphones and I can hear better. When I am listening to music or talking on the phone, it makes no difference, I can do what I need to do with no interruption. I am so satisfied with my purchase. I wish I had bought them sooner.
