In honor of Taco Tuesday, Taco Bell recently got the official National Taco Day moved so that it will always fall on a Tuesday. Now, National Taco Day is observed on the first Tuesday of October. HOWEVER…

Up until 2024, National Taco Day was always celebrated on October 4th. Some restaurants still haven’t adjusted their celebrations to catch up with this change, so we saw National Taco Day Deals on the first Tuesday of October and October 4th in 2024!

While most restaurants seem to be celebrating on 10/7 this year, you may catch a deal or two on 10/4, so keep your eyes peeled!

Add on tacos for just $1 each at Abuelo’s.

On Tuesday, October 7th, guests can add a crispy seasoned beef or shredded chicken taco to any entrée for just $1 each at Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant. This special is available all day for dine-in guests, and there’s a limit of three add-on tacos per entrée.

Nestle Toll House will give away free cookie taco kits.

Nestle Toll House will be hosting three fun giveaways this fall, and the first one is set to take place on National Taco Day!

At 2:00 PM ET on October 7th, Nestle Toll House will give away limited-edition Cookie Taco Kits on a first-come, first-served basis. There will only be 25 kits awarded, so be sure to set a reminder to claim your freebie when the time comes!
