The cast of Percy Jackson & the Olympians has confirmed when season 3 production starts as season 2 of the Disney+ series inches closer to release. Percy Jackson season 2 is scheduled to debut on Disney+ in December 2025, adapting the second book in Rick Riordan’s series, The Sea of Monsters.

Speaking with ScreenRant‘s Liam Crowley, the cast of Percy Jackson confirmed when production on season 3 will begin. Check out what they had to say below:

Liam Crowley: Season 3 is coming up… Production in July? That’s what I’m hearing.

Aryan Simhadri: Yessir. We go up in July for bootcamp.

Leah Jeffries: That’s in like, two months.

Liam Crowley: I’m so excited for the Titans Curse adaptation.

Walker Scobell: Oh yeah. This is probably my favorite season, probably will be my favorite season to shoot.

Leah: Of course it’s their favorite season because I’m not there.

Walker: That’s exactly what I was about to say.

Liam: Every season someone gets separated. That’s just the theme right now.

Walker & Aryan: And this is the best season for it. I know, dude. It’s just us the whole time.
