Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola refuses to comment on late Monaco penalty (Video)


Manchester City were close to beating Monaco in the second round of the Champions League group phase, but a late penalty given to the Ligue 1 side, converted by former Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich defender Eric Dier, snatched two points away from them.

City boss Pep Guardiola was asked to give his view of the penalty decision, but he opted against doing so.
