Manchester United are ready to accept a £30 million financial hit to part ways with Alejandro Garnacho this summer, according to The Mirror.
The Argentine winger has fallen out-of-favour under manager Ruben Amorim, and he is determined to join a Premier League rival before the transfer deadline.
United valued him at around £70 million at the beginning of the year when he was considered as an integral part of the manager’s first-team plans.
However, with his public fall-out in the last few months, the player’s suitors are aware that United could be prepared to sell him for just £40 million.
Chelsea are long-term admirers of the 21-year-old and they were in contact with his representatives regarding a potential move at the start of the year.
However, they are not alone in the pursuit with fresh interest from Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa over the last couple of weeks.
Garnacho was spotted wearing a Villa shirt with Marcus Rashford‘s name on holiday and he could be tempted to join the Midlands outfit.
