Extra tips for making these healthy protein brownies:

  • Feel free to swap out the sweetener for one you love. For example, instead of monk fruit, you can use honey, maple syrup, or traditional sugar.
  • Alternative oven directions. Bake for 10–12 minutes at 350 degrees, depending on how gooey or cakey you like your brownie.
  • Don’t overcook it. Start with 90 seconds and then add a few at a time if needed. The brownie keeps cooking for a few seconds after you pull it out. Slightly underdone gives you that gooey center.
  • Upgrade your toppings! Think: whipped cream, chocolate chips, caramel drizzle, melted peanut butter, frozen berries, or a scoop of protein ice cream.

Try these high-protein brownies as a yummy single-serve treat!

It’s proof that dessert can be quick, protein-packed, and still absolutely delicious. I initially thought this would taste bland and have an eggy texture, but it’s pretty great tasting, and the texture reminds me of lava cake.

If you are craving something chocolatey but don’t want the sugar crash or dishes, try this! The result is a warm, fudgy, brownie that’s ready faster than you can say “dessert for one.
