Liverpool make the trip to France for their Champions League quarter-final against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday.
The Reds are looking to bounce back from a humbling by Manchester City in the FA Cup at the weekend. Arne Slot’s men fell to a 4-0 defeat at the Etihad, courtesy of an Erling Haaland hat-trick and an Antoine Semenyo strike for good measure.
It makes the prospect of this first leg trip to Paris even more daunting for the Premier League champions, who are usually fiercely competitive in Europe.
But PSG – the current holders – are in fine form, having dispatched Chelsea comfortably over two legs in the last-16.
Currently sitting top of Ligue 1, the European champions are backed to put in a strong title defence, although a clash with Real Madrid or Bayern Munich would await them in the semi-final.
