Interview with the Vampire season 3, also known as The Vampire Lestat, is gearing up for a dramatic return, and AMC has officially confirmed the release date, dropped its title sequence, and released the titular vampire’s new single.
Interview with the Vampire season 3 will place The Vampire Lestat’s musical ambitions at the center of the story. As the immortal protagonist embraces life as a rock icon, he goes on a major tour with his band. The rise of his celebrity status, however, coincides with growing tension in the supernatural world. The new installment will explore how his growing influence over humans and vampires sparks hilariously dramatic problems during a mysterious surge known as the Great Conversion.
In a new press release, the network has officially revealed that Interview with the Vampire season 3 will premiere on June 7, 2026, on AMC and AMC+. The company also unveiled a brand-new, flashy title sequence that perfectly matches the rock and roll theme of the upcoming chapter. The clip shows Lestat de Lioncourt performing in front of massive crowds of people, along with glimpses of strange yet exciting imagery. Check out the new sequence below:
AMC also released a new track titled “All Fall Down“, written by Danieal Hart and performed by The Vampire Lestat, with Sam Reid, who portrays the egotistical undead musician, providing the vocals. The song is the second official single connected to the upcoming season, following “Long Face,” which dropped exactly one month ago. Both songs are now available across major streaming services through the newly launched artist profile for the fictional band. All platforms that will stream “All Fall Down” can be found here.
Despite Hart writing this new hit song for him, Lestat still had a few catty comments to throw at the composer, diminishing his role in the creation of the track and accused him of torturing people with his work. He claimed that the only good thing about the piece was his singing. “All Fall Down; is mercifully only 68 seconds long. That’s 54 seconds more Daniel Hart than anyone should suffer. I like the harmonies on the chorus. I did those,” he pompously explained.
Hart, on the other hand, couldn’t have cared less about Lestat’s criticisms of his talent as a musician. Instead, he explained the inspiration and story behind the song. He added that it will make Interview with the Vampire season 3 more fun than ever. Read the composer’s full statement below:
All Fall Down is both the title track for the new season and the idea for a song by the Vampire Lestat from early in the band’s life. Much like Long Face, it feels heavily influenced by Bowie, T. Rex, and other 70s rock’n’roll stars who were looking back to the blues as much as they were looking up to the stars for inspiration. All Fall Down marks a time in this vampire band’s life when they were still figuring out exactly what their sound was, and before Lestat himself started to change personas and explore other musical styles. At the same time, with All Fall Down, we tried to capture the overall feeling of this new Lestat we get to know better and better throughout the season: more wild, more raw, more self-deprecatingly funny than ever before.
Interview with the Vampire season 3, aka The Vampire Lestat, will release on June 7, 2026.
