This news comes courtesy of Rockstar Intel, who reported that Grand Theft Auto Online players had begun receiving emails from Rockstar itself sharing the news of a promotion that will run for the next few weeks. The email details a way that users could earn in-game money for absolutely free as a way to help recoup funds after having to spend millions in the recent A Safehouse in the Hills update. Whether you are now broke after buying your new mansion, or you are still saving up for one, this incentive comes at the perfect time.

In the email, players are encouraged to “Complete Sell Missions for Special GTA$ Bonuses” and, in return, they can earn up to GTA$1,500,000. By completing Sell Missions over the course of this period, you will be able to fill up your bank account in no time.

However, as mentioned, this event is only available for a limited time. More specifically, it is available for the next two weeks, and began with the recent Lunar New Year event on the 19 February. The exact dates are as follows:

• February 19th-25th – $500,000
• February 26th – March 4th – $500,000
• March 5th – March 11th – $500,000

The funds will be transferred to your Maze Bank account within 72 hours of completion (so do not worry if there is a delay), but Rockstar Intel warns users that they are unsure if this incentive applies to all Grand Theft Auto Online players, or just the ones that received the email.
