Cookie Run: Kingdom‘s “Silence of Conviction” update is one of the most intense yet. Despite this, with the arrival of the final beast cookie and two brand-new world-exploration episodes, one recent feature may be slightly overlooked – the addition of two brand-new treasures.

Though treasures aren’t especially important in team building, choosing the correct ones may provide your cookies the extra boost they need to get past a particularly hard World Exploration stage or defeat a stronger team in the Kingdom Arena. The Unyielding Berry Necklace Treasure, Explained

Great For World Exploration And When Up Against Certain Arena Teams

The Unyielding Berry Necklace increases the team’s attack and makes Cookies “heavier,” granting resistance to knockback and flying effects. Each skill activation further boosts the team’s attack power and critical hit chance, stacking with each use.

When stacked four times, the necklace provides an even greater attack power and critical hit damage bonus, meaning it’s particularly useful for getting past long stages or arena teams that you’re otherwise equally matched with in terms of power.

This treasure is a variant, meaning you can’t use it alongside the Horryberrian Royal Necklace.

Unlike the base cooldown of cookies, there isn’t any way to lower the treasure’s cooldown timer of 13 seconds, so it’s the most effective when you’re able to drag a battle out for longer.

Seltzer Cookie’s ability “Bubble Rain” reduces knockback distance and duration by 40%, so if there’s a world exploration or tower stage where you’re struggling with knockback from your enemies, using her alongside this treasure could help you out a lot.

Outside the damage bonuses, this treasure can also help to minimize the effects of Wind Archer Cookie, Green Tea Mousse Cookie, or Stormbringer Cookie’s skills if they happen to be on the enemy team.

A Great Treasure, But Not So Useful Against The Newest Beast

Cursed Catacombs Candle Treasure From Cookie Run Kingdom

The Cursed Catacombs Candle extinguishes its light every 8 seconds to “Silence” enemies, which disrupts their skills and pauses their cooldown timer. When used with cookies that also have silence or stun abilities, this treasure can allow you to be an especially annoying opponent.

If the target is a Cookie, they receive a damage and cooldown-reducing debuff once Silence ends or is removed – if immune, they receive it immediately. Non-Cookie targets instead suffer ATK and ATK Speed debuffs, making this treasure effective against both enemy cookies and NPC bosses, depending on their abilities.

The skill disruption can be particularly useful in the arena, since cookies usually deal the most damage by using their skills. However, this treasure isn’t as effective when Silent Salt Cookie is on the opposing team, since he is immune to all cooldown-impairing effects, such as reduction or pausing, and will be buffed instead.
