Confirmed line-ups as visitors eye 11th in a row


Aston Villa are seeking an 11th straight win.

Chelsea host Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge in a mouthwatering clash among two teams jockeying for position near the top of the Premier League table.

Villa have catapulted themselves into title contention with an outstanding run of form.

They are seeking an 11th successive win in all competitions, while Chelsea will be looking to move into the top four by returning to winning ways following last weekend’s pulsating 2-2 draw at Newcastle United.

Chelsea make two changes from the draw at St James’ Park.

Benoit Badashile comes in for Wesley Fofana in defence, while Enzo Fernandez is back in the midfield.

Reece James moves from midfield to right-back, with Malo Gusto dropping out.

Unai Emery also makes two changes to the Villa XI from their 2-1 win over Manchester United last time out.

Emi Buendia replaces Andre Onana, and Donyell Malen is preferred to Ollie Watkins.
