Barco to Chelsea almost done

Chelsea have reached an agreement over personal terms with midfielder Valentin Barco ahead of a potential move from Strasbourg this summer.

The Blues are expected to reshuffle their midfield options at the end of the season. Enzo Fernandez is pushing for a summer exit and his wish could be granted for the right price.

Similarly, Romeo Lavia could be shown the exit door too. The Belgian has suffered numerous injuries during his time at Chelsea, and the club could cut their losses on him.

Amidst this, Fabrizio Romano claims that Barco has agreed on personal terms and talks are underway between Chelsea and sister club Strasbourg over the transfer package.

The Blues have complete control over the future of the 21-year-old, who has made 11 goal contributions from the centre of the park for the Ligue 1 outfit this campaign.

Chelsea have already done business with Strasbourg. The London giants have reached an agreement to land Emmanuel Emegha during the next transfer window.
