Arsenal have their sights on signing Roma right-back Wesley Franca as a replacement for Ben White at the end of the season, as per Teamtalk.
White has had a difficult couple of seasons with the Gunners and his future is uncertain as he enters the final two years of his contract this summer.
Amidst this, it is claimed that the club have started the search for a replacement and have earmarked Wesley as a potential successor.
Wesley signed for Roma from Flamengo for 30 million euros last summer and has been a huge hit with six goal contributions in all competitions.
He has also impressed with his duel winning and tackling skills. He has also made plenty of recoveries, operating from a wing-back position.
All these attributes suggest that he would be a good signing for Arsenal. Roma could be prepared to sell for a big profit over the summer.
A package of 50 million euros could convince them to sell the 22-year-old.
